Overview:
Under the leadership of Lakefront SRO, the project documented the present service delivery to people who are homeless, researched models of service delivery, and learned how to provide improved services to constituents.
Outcome:
A report was completed which led to the establishment of a service provider directory, "The Directory of Service Providers and Community Based Organizations in Rogers Park, Edgewater and Uptown." It continues to be updated every other year.
