Project: Youth Community Action Research: Evanston Township High School

What attracted me to CURL: I applied to CURL's undergraduate fellowship because I am interested in how the outcomes of community based research affects urban communities. Specifically, I am interested in research that affects educational policies and funding for low-income students in urban settings.

What I hope to gain from CURL: I hope to gain insight into how to conduct, implement and present community-based research; while learning how these outcomes affect the larger community and networking with CURL staff, fellows, and allies.
