Here is how Adam exemplifies the Jesuit ideals according to his nomination:
Adam is the former President of Advocate, and during this time was able to help write and win the Bid for the Fourth Annual GLBTQ Conference for Jesuit Universities, the Ignite Conference. He is Co-Director of this conference and the time he has spent on it is remarkable. He also helped to really form a GLBTQ group taking it through many stages from what was formally the Rainbow Connection to now what it is, Advocate. Adam is always concerned for others and what can be done. He's dedicated on making things work not just for himself but for the good around him. Even through hardships of his own he made sure that things were done and this really shows selflessness. Adam is most deserving of this award.
