Shawn has assumed a vital leadership role within the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. He has been key to initiating a forward momentum within the student-led group. His goal is to make his peer's experience better and engage in all Loyola has to offer. Through his leadership, Shawn has brought a motivational speaker to Loyola, helps out with outside events at the Gentile Center, community service projects, SAAC website and enthusiastic ideas. Shawn demonstrates a commitment to academics, athletics and the overall Loyola experience. Shawn was instrumental in organizing a food drive to benefit the St. Ignatius Food Pantry. Shawn decided to use his final year of eligibility in Indoor Track to help the team. He could have graduated last year. He has truly taken advantage of every opportunity Loyola has to offer in all facets of university life. Extraordinary individual seeking an extraordinary Loyola experience!
