How to Make a Space, Banner, or Table Reservation in CFSU
The Centennial Forum Student Union is a popular place to host meetings and events throughout the year due to its convenient location and access to the student body.
The Campus-Reservations portal R25 is the best way to reserve space in the building. This portal is also the preferred method for making banner and table reservations in CFSU and the Life Sciences Building. Please click here to access the Campus Reservations webviewer so that a reservation can be made. A username and password will be required.
All reservation requests (space, banner, table) for CFSU will be placed into "draft" status that will be reviewed by Department of Student Centers staff. Upon review and approval by Department staff, the request will either be accepted or denied. After acceptance, groups can access the webviewer or contact the Department of Student Centers for their event and meeting set up needs. We ask that groups do this no later than 3 days prior to their event or meeting.
