Office Supplies

The Department of Fine and Performing Arts maintains a stock of basic office supplies such as dry erase markers, pens, paper clips, staples, note pads, etc. used on a day-to day basis by faculty and staff. You can locate these supplies in the DFPA main office, Mundelein Center Suite 1200.

To ensure a current stock, notify the Office Assistant of items that are needed as soon as possible (ie. low quantity of basic supplies, last item in stock, etc.). Orders can take up to several business days to be delivered, which should be taken into consideration when planning for classes and exams. When possible, orders should be made at least one week in advance of when the supplies are needed.

Faculty or staff needing additional items not regularly stocked can place an order through the DFPA Office Assistant, James Dunford, at ext. 83830 or by email at jdunford@luc.edu. Approval for specialized items or purchases exceeding $200 must be obtained from Managing Director, April Browning (abrowni@luc.edu), prior to placing an order.

All office supplies are for academic use only and should not be removed for non-academic use.
