Auditions/Inteviews Details 2010
Attention Theatre Scholarship Auditionees/Interviewees:
Here are the details of the Audition/Interview on Saturday, February 13, 2010:
If you are driving to the Lake Shore Campus, you will be able to park in the campus parking garage, 1110 W. Sheridan Rd, for $7.00.
Arrive at the Mundelein Center (MUND), 1020 W. Sheridan Rd., to the 7th Floor "Sky Lounge" at least 30 minutes before your scheduled audition/interview time. Please bring a photo or a headshot/resume to the check-in table, which will be just off of the elevators on the 7th floor. You will need to check-in with Audition Coordinator, Tom Campbell.
At 9:30 am, the auditions will begin in MUND Room 409. You have a limit of 4 minutes for your audition. A warm-up room will be available before you audition. We have 8 practice rooms on the 10th Floor of Mundelein Center. Technical/Design interviews will occur in the John T. Trahey Resource Center in MUND 1313 with the design faculty at an assigned time.
After your audition/interview, we will be conducting tours of our theatre classrooms and facilities throughout the morning.
If you need to leave after your audition/interview, that will be fine. Once you have completed your audition/interview, you are free to go. We hope to complete the auditions by 4:30pm.
At the time of the audition/interview, we are running our Mainstage production of "Katrina: the K Word". The Friday & Saturday performances are at 7:30 pm in the Kathleen Mullady Theatre, 1125 W. Loyola Ave. The Sunday matinee is at 2:00 pm. Let me know if you are interested in tickets, how many, and what day you want to attend.
