Ms. Julia Eberhardt is the current props designer for Loyola's Department of Fine and Performing Arts.
Coming from a small town in Indiana, Ms. Eberhardt is delighted to be pursuing her theatrical ambitions as a Scenic/Props designer. Prop credits include: MNEMONIC, THE GOOD WOMAN OF SZECHWAN, INTIMATE APPAREL, GUYS & DOLLS, THE BURIAL AT THEBES, ARCADIA, and WAITING FOR GODOT (Loyola); NOT ENOUGH AIR, FIORELLO!, TESLA'S LETTERS, PARADISE LOST, HARMLESS, and THE GENERAL FROM AMERICA (TimeLine Theatre); CANDIDE (Porchlight Theatre), and COME BACK, LITTLE SHEBA (Shattered Globe).
As the resident scenic designer for Theatre Building Chicago's New Musicals for Kids series, Ms. Eberhardt has designed sets for ANANSI THE SPIDER, THE MAGIC OFRENDA, THE TALE OF PIGLING BLAND, FREDDY THE FLAT-FACED SCHOOL BUS, and THE MAGIC PAINTBRUSH.
