Loyola University Dining Services provides a variety of services to meet the needs of a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff. As part of Dining Services continuing mission to develop healthy nutritional student lifestyles, we have developed several pages of information covering nutrition assistance services, Vegetarian/Vegan Resources, Healthy Eating Resources, and Special Needs Resources.

Nutrition Information

Dining Services works with students, parents, and primary care physicians in providing nutrition assistance for students when notified by the Wellness Center or by the Office of Services for Students With Disabilities that nutritional assistance is being requested.

Nutrition is vital to the academic success of students and many members of the Loyola Community pay particular attention to the numerous Vegetarian and Vegan nutrition lifestyles. Dining Services provides all students with access to vegetarian, vegan, or regular dairy products to accomodate the diverse student body.

Students are encouraged by Dining Services in taking a proactive role in assisting Dining Services with meeting the ethnic, religious, and dietary needs of the Loyola Community. The best method of being proactive is "if you think something can be improved or added, say something."
