Diversity Training

The Department of Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs has provided a number of diversity training opportunities for students, staff, and faculty. In most cases, staff members develop a program specific to goals, participants, and time frame in order to accommodate the different classes, departments, offices, and student groups that request training. Office members have provided training for the following groups on campus: Department of Student Life staff, orientation leaders, first-year seminar classes, the Residence Life staff, Resident Assistants and Managers, the Wellness Advocates, teaching assistants, and graduate student instructors.

In some cases, the Department can provide diversity training for outside organizations, institutions, and community partners. For more information, contact Kevin Huie, Director at khuie@luc.edu
