Welcome to The Office of the Dean of Students!

Thanks for visiting the Office of the Dean of Students (DOS) website! Within these pages you will find useful information that will help you access the many resources we offer. The DOS supports a vibrant, engaging, and supportive campus experience. In addition, we assist students who experience challenging circumstances during their college experience.

The DOS ensures a timely and appropriate response in the face of various forms of crisis, trauma, or conflict. The primary services offered through the DOS are:

  • CARE Services
  • Behavioral Concerns Team (BCT) Services
  • Gender-Based Misconduct Services (Title IX)
  • Crisis Management & Response

Through these services, the DOS responds to all reports and referrals with a balanced approach of holistic care and accountability. In alignment with Loyola’s Catholic, Jesuit mission, these services are provided with great consideration for the dignity of the individual and the capacity for all people to experience transformational growth.

Whether we are the first office you come to for assistance or the last place you think to call, our staff is here to help students thrive and fully engage their Loyola Experience.  I invite you to learn more about the resources offered by our office. The DOS is located on Loyola’s Lakeshore Campus, in the Damen Student Center and is open from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (773) 508-8840 or DeanofStudents@luc.edu if we can be of assistance to you.

Go Ramblers!
