Economics forum

The Economics Forum was formed in 2001 and has seen participation rapidly grow in the Loyola community. Our mission is to afford participants the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally by hosting a wide range of events at no charge, where members can learn more about economics and meet people in various stages of their Loyola career. The organization is open to both undergraduates and graduates as well as alumni and keeps the interconnected goals of learning and networking in mind.

The group sponsors seminars, insightful alumni speakers, topical panel discussions, as well as internationally acclaimed visiting speakers. Additionally, they take field trips each year, raise funds for charities, and post articles on a vast array of issues related to the practical and theoretical aspects of 21st-century economics.
