Ph.D. in School Psychology
The Ph.D. degree program in School Psychology is accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and aligned with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) standards. As such, the Ph.D. program graduates professional school psychologists who are broadly educated within the context of the scientific bases of general psychology and who are more specifically educated in the application and generation of knowledge in their specialized discipline framed within the NASP training standards. An effort is made to develop an active community of learners and researchers. All students are encouraged to become active participants on an established research team.
