The School of Education's doctoral degree programs prepare students to become leaders in the field of education. Students are trained to work within the dynamics of the entire learning community—the student, the parent, the community and the educational setting. By collaborating with experienced faculty in the classroom and by completing field experiences, students gain the theoretical base and practical skills which enable them to confront educational dilemmas and to promote positive change.
