BSEd in Elementary Math Education
The BSEd in Elementary Math Education is intended to for those who would like to become math teachers at either the elementary or middle school level. The program offers additional training in mathematics content and pedagogy.
Graduates will be licensed to teach elementary education (K-9) in all subject areas with an endorsement in middle-grade mathematics.
- Earn your Illinois' teacher's license with additional credentials in a high-demand STEM field.
- Study a range of mathematics concepts, including mathematical modeling, number theory, geometry, probability, statistics, and calculus.
- Get real-world classroom experience in diverse settings through Loyola partnerships with schools and communities.
- Continually collaborate with faculty and students at all levels within your chosen specialty through professional learning communities.
