Maps & Information for the Annual Meeting
Our official hotel, the Parkway, and all Saturday and Sunday events are located in the Central West End district of St. Louis. This map shows these Central West End locations. Note that there are many restaurants on Euclid Ave., both north and south of Lindell Blvd.
Our Friday events will be held at Washington University in St. Louis. The registration table will be set up Friday afternoon in Duncker Hall. Here is a (partial) campus map highlighting the relevant buildings. Also available are some recommended dining options both on campus and in the "Delmar Loop" area just north of campus, along Delmar Blvd.
To get from the Parkway Hotel to Washington University and back, guests may use the hotel's shuttle bus; drive, following this driving map; walk along Lindell Blvd. (allow an hour); or take the Metrolink train two stops between the Central West End station near the hotel and the Skinker station near campus. (Be sure to catch a Blue Line train.)
MetroLink rides cost $2.50. Please see our simplified map or access the full system map. Note that the Metrolink provides fast and inexpensive transportation to the hotel from the airport as well. (Here you will be using the Red Line.)
If you are planning to drive to Wash U, you may park in the Visitor Parking Lot shown on the campus map linked above by displaying a permit. These permits cost $5. We can mail you a permit to display in your car if you let us know by Friday, September 4, that you would like one. Please email us with the subject line "parking permit." In the email, include your name and a mailing address to which we should send your permit. You can pay for the permit via Paypal on our website, or at the conference registration desk when you arrive.
