This series is designed for non-financial managers who want to enhance their ability to deal with the numbers. This is a hands-on week-long program that will present accounting, finance and investing in a clear and straightforward manner. It is intended to remove the intimidation factor from these important business practices and increase the over-all strategic efficiency of any manager or leader. It will improve their ability to deal with the specialists inside their firms or the professionals they routinely partner with to ensure financial performance.
