Scope and Purpose
As management guru Peter Drucker put it, "Business has only two basic functions: marketing and innovation." This program is designed to demonstrate the power of marketing as a central function of the modern firm. Participants will work through the components of a marketing plan and develop deeper knowledge of all of these parts. Sessions will be highly interactive, applied and rigorous. There will be an option for some to develop a detailed outline of a marketing plan, ready to take back to work and implement on Monday morning.

Who Should Attend
Professionals who need to understand the crucial role of marketing in the modern firm and use the knowledge to create and capture business.
