They help you develop the skills you need to think corporately by tying together all the functions with a strategic alignment mapping process. You gain experience in team problem-solving and in applying your new techniques, strategies, and skills under expert guidance.

Faculty
The Management Certificate Program is primarily taught by faculty from the Graduate School of Business, home of the nationally ranked top 25 part-time MBA program as reported by U.S. News and World Report. Loyola Executive Education faculty are in great demand as consultants to corporations, organizations, and government agencies throughout the region and around the world. The faculty make business concepts and skills readily understandable and immediately useful to you. To do this, they engage you in dialogue about your experiences and how what you are learning can be applied on the job. This makes the program personally relevant and focused on real-world results.

Strategy Alignment Map
Successful businesses have long recognized that aligning focused, discipline-based strategies enables concentration of energies on plans that mutually support and further their overall business strategy. Executive Education has developed the Strategy Alignment Map (SAM) process to apply this principle to improve the educational experience of organizations and/or individuals by:

  • Producing a document for participants that summarizes their purpose or strategic goal for attending the program
  • Identifying specific learning outcomes and how those outcomes align with their overall purpose for attending
  • Identifying action steps or a plan for implementing the learning
  • Providing a feedback mechanism to faculty regarding specific participant needs beyond the theoretical subject matter alone

LOYOLA MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE

Awarded to participants who fulfill the attendance requirement.

MBA elective course waiver option, available for those who:
