Custom Programs: Healthcare Management
As state legislators cut reimbursements to balance budgets, healthcare organizations are responding by cutting millions in expenses and making hard decisions about their activities. Most healthcare professionals are not trained to make these types of decisions. For years Loyola University Chicago has trained physicians and other professionals in modern business techniques, leadership skills, financial decision-making, and understanding the impact of change on healthcare. Participants learn to navigate the demands of business so they can better focus on providing quality healthcare.
