Custom Programs: Finance for the Non-Financial Manager

In the business world, all actions eventually must be translated into quantitative terms. Those who have not majored in disciplines such as accounting or finance or economics must still be able to handle these areas in any key role of management or leadership in a business setting.

The purpose of this program is to analyze the framework within which institutions make financial decisions. This program will offer participants in private, public and non-profit organizations an understanding of managerial finance including valuation, capital investment, financing and capital structure.

Who Should Attend
The program is designed specifically for managers, supervisors, business owners, professionals, and executives from non-financial backgrounds.

Program choices include:

  • Risk & Return
  • Cash flow vs. Profits
  • Stocks and Bonds
  • Time and the Value of Money
  • Capital Budgeting Procedures
  • Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC)
  • Financial Leverage & Dividend Policy

Program Fees
Fees are based on the level of customization, development and delivery time, and vary by project.
