0. Figures 1-5 are micrographs of chloroplasts that were isolated from spinach (Spinacea oleracea) in a student lab last week.
1. Measure the dimensions of the chloroplasts, referring to the 10m m bar shown in Figure 6. If you calibrate a ruler by referring to Figure 6, you can make precise measurements!
