Professor Sobe (PhD. Wisconsin-Madison) is Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director of Cultural and Educational Policy Studies, as well as the Director of the Center for Comparative Education at Loyola University Chicago. He specializes in the history of education and in comparative and international education.
