 • Get help at the Hub: Visit the Hub, first floor, Sullivan Center, Lake Shore Campus, for one-stop, quick help with advising, financial assistance, bursar and more. No appointment necessary! The Hub is open extended hours, starting Sat. and Sun., Aug. 25 - 26, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Go to: LUC.edu/onestop.

Waive out of health insurance by Oct. 1: If you already have health insurance coverage, be sure to waive out of Loyola's insurance plan (and an automatic charge of $1,595). Complete the online waiver form at: LUC.edu/bursar.

Check LOCUS: Go to: LUC.edu/locus to manage academics, financial aid status and personal information, including updating your mailing and permanent addresses—and emergency contacts.

Look for e-Bills: Only electronic bills—no paper bills—are sent out on the 15th of every month. If you have account balances, you’ll get an e-mail to review e-Bills in LOCUS—and payment is due by the 5th of the following month. Also be sure to set up access for parents and guests to your e-Bills and other financial information. More at: LUC.edu/bursar.

Pick up your CTA U-pass: Undergraduate and graduate students can pick up pre-printed CTA U-passes Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 25 - 26, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Gentile Center, LSC. More at: LUC.edu/upass.

Ride the shuttle: Shuttle service between Lake Shore and Water Tower Campuses starts on Monday, Aug. 27. This year, the WTC shuttle stop is at Baumhart Hall, 26 E. Pearson. More at: LUC.edu/transportation.

Register your Campus Card: Visit the online card office to register your campus ID card, add Rambler Bucks, suspend a lost or stolen card, etc. More at: LUC.edu/campuscard.

Go to the New Student Convocation: 4 p.m., Friday, Aug. 24, Gentile Center: If you're new, it's mandatory, but it is a very special welcome into the university community. More at: LUC.edu/convocation.

Visit the Water Tower Campus: Whether or not you have classes at WTC, check out the Terry Student Center to relax and study, or eat in the Food Court or Coffee Bar. Get help at the Student Services Center in the lobby of 25 E. Pearson, visit the library, and N. Michigan Ave. is just steps away.
