Awards are presented in three major categories: Large (more than 250 employees); Medium (50-250 employees) and Small (less than 50 employees). In addition, the Loyola University Family Business Center presents a Community Service award to a business showing exemplary community services efforts, and the Century award to highlight the success and longevity of a family business.
