Support

Loyola University Chicago has a variety of resources available for faculty preparing to teach online.  Limited support services are also available to your students.

For Faculty

For help planning your online course, choosing which technological tools would be right for your teaching needs, determining how to assess student learning online, and other pedagogical concerns, the Faculty Center for Ignatian Pedagogy (facultycenter@luc.edu) has staff available to assist you at any point in developing your online course.

To set up a Sakai course, or for help with using any of the features in Sakai, contact Academic Technology Services (sakai@luc.edu).  ATS can also provide training and equipment to help you record presentations, podcasts, or videos.

For help with other technological concerns, contact the ITS helpdesk (helpdesk@luc.edu).
