Payment Plans
If your Final Award shows there is still an amount that you must pay out of pocket, you may wish to enroll in a monthly Payment Plan through the Office of the Bursar. The monthly payment plan will divide your academic year charges into monthly payments to be made throughout the academic year. There are deadlines for enrollment in a payment plan.
Loyola University Chicago offers an Annual Payment Plan to full-time undergraduate students. Students may use this option to pay for tuition, housing and mandatory fees. Payments may be made in 8 or more equal monthly payments. No interest is charged. There is a nonrefundable application fee. You are encouraged to enroll in the Annual Payment Plan before the financial aid process is completed. Simply use the award amounts listed in your Estimate of Eligibility to take advantage of the maximum payment option available.
You do not have to wait for the financial aid process to be completed to sign up for a payment plan. Beginning a payment plan early may increase the number of payments you make and thereby reduce the amount of each payment.
A Term Payment Plan is also offered, which divides the charges into four equal payments per semester. There is a nonrefundable application fee for each term.
