Formatta Filler Download Instructions

In order to open and use Finance forms, you must download and install Formatta Filler on your personal computer. This download is required only once. After completing this download for the first time, the forms will automatically open. To download, follow the instuctions below.

  1. Click on this link: Formatta Filler (.exe)
  2. A "Viewing Location" box will appear. Inside this box you will see the following information: Location:http://www2/form../FillerSetup.exe, approximate size of file remaining on download, and Time Left: approximate time remaining on download.
  3. When download is complete, you will get a "Save Download File" box. Stating: "Norton AntiVirus NT has determined that this file is free from viruses." Click on "OK".
  4. Due to the fact that different locations could be used to download the file, click on the Windows Start button located in the lower right hand corner. Next, click on Find, then click on Files or Folders. In the "Find All Files" box, in the line titled: "Named:" key in "FillerSetup.exe" located in this box.
  5. An "initializing Wise Installation Wizard..." box will appear on your screen followed by a "Welcome" box. Click on "Next".
  6. A "License Agreement" box will appear. Click on "I Accept".
  7. A "Choose Destination Location" box will appear. Click on "Next".
  8. A "Select Program Manager Group" box will appear. Click on "Next".
  9. A "Start Installation" box will appear. Click on "Next".
  10. A "Registration Wizard" box will appear. Click on "Skip".
  11. An "Installation Complete" box will appear. Remove the check mark in the "Launch Formatta Filler 5.0 with ReadMe.pff" box by clicking once oon the box. Click on "Finish".
  12. Return to Finance Electronic Forms page and click on any form to open it.

    At the box "Unknown File Type", click on "Pick App".

    Click on "Browse"

    Change the directory to "D:" in the "Look In" box.

    Double click on "Program Files".

    Double click on "Formatta".

    Highlight "Filler.exe" by clicking once on it.

    "Filler.exe should be in the "File Name" box. Click on "Open". Then click on "OK".

    A box will appear on your screen indication "Warning, there is a possible security hazard here". At this time, change the "Save to Disk" option to "Open It" by clicking on the appropriate button. There should be a check mark in the box "Always ask before opening this type of file". Click on "OK".

    Formatta will open. The form will open.
