Catholic School Guest Artist Program

Catholic School Guest Artist Program

The Greeley Center is the happy recipient of the first painting from its inaugural guest artist.  St. Angela, the home school of Fr. Andrew M. Greeley, is the featured school in the newly unveiled Catholic School Guest Artist Program, sponsored by the Greeley Center.  Choosing to integrate various Ignatian symbols into a mural-style painting,  several students from St. Angela, guided by their art teacher, Lauren Fiorentino, created a beautiful piece that is now proudly displayed in the Greeley Center.  “The Greeley staff are thrilled to be greeted by this joyful product created by students,” said Michael J. Boyle, Ph.d, Greeley Center director,” it is a wonderful reminder that students are the primary reason for our work.”  St. Angela School and the Greeley Center have had a long partnership on several initiatives over the past couple of years.
