Ph.D. applications are only accepted for the Fall admission cycle with a deadline date of January 1 (Mandatory for assistantship applicants and encouraged for all M.A. and M.A. Public History applicants.)

The History Department offers a limited number of assistantships to students enrolled in the doctoral program and the M.A. in Public History program.  Assistantship is not available for the M.A. program in History.

May 1 is the deadline for Fall admission without financial aid for all M.A. and M.A. Public History applicants.


October 1 for all M.A. and M.A. Public History applicants.
