It is recommended that you take time and explore every fraternity or sorority to find a fit that best meets your needs. All orgnaizations are founded on similar values of scholarship, service, leadership and unity however the make up of every chapter is unique. Take your time to find the right one for you.

The recruitment process is either council or chapter coordinated, depending on which organization you are interested in joining. For specific council recruitment and intake information see the descriptions below
Interfraternity Council (IFC) IFC fraternities promote year round recruitment so you can join when it is most convenient for you and when you feel you are ready for membership.
For more information on our four IFC fraternities attend our IFC Open House on Thursday, September 8 at 8:00PM in the Quinlan Life Science Building third floor atrium.
Multicultural Greek Council (MGC)
MGC does not hold a formal intake process. Each chapter has its own unique recruitemtn process that welcomes people from all cultures and backgrounds. chapters take new members throughout the year and membership requirements and programs vary by orgnaization. In order for prospective members to learn more about MGC and its chapter, stduents can attend various activities and programs sponsored by MGC and individual chapters that take place throughout the academic year.

Panhellenic Council
Most women join a Panhellenic organization through participaton in September's formal recruitment process. Panhellenic Recruitment occures during the last two weeks of September. During this time, potential new members visit each chapter, meet women for the chapters and learn about each organization. Chapters share information about their philanthropies, leadership opportunities, and academic and personal development program.

Registration takes 10-15 minutes and you'll need to have a credit card. A photo of yourself is optional, but highly recommended.
