Degree Requirements
Completion of the M.S.F. degree program requires between 14 and 18 courses. A prerequisite of one course in calculus is required and may be waived based upon previous course work or taken as part of the M.S.F. degree.
A maximum of four courses from the fundamental core may be waived for qualified students. Depending upon their chosen concentration, M.S.F. students take varying numbers of core courses, required courses, finance electives and open elective courses. All students take a capstone course in their chosen concentration.
The program should take full-time students approximately 18 months to complete. Part-time students may complete the program in 30-36 months.
