The Admissions Committee reviews applications and previous academic work once an application is complete. Based on an applicant’s transcripts, the Admissions Committee determines the number of courses needed to complete the MSHR degree. Course descriptions are included in this handbook and can be found at www.gsb.luc.edu.

The number of courses required for the MSHR degree is 12 courses or 13 courses, if less than 3 years professional Human Resource experience.

A course may be “Advanced” based on previous academic work. If Advanced, the student must complete an elective course.

Students must complete all core courses for the MSHR degree or be Advanced as approved by the MSHR Program Director or Department Chair.
