We invite you to apply to the Graduate School of Business and join a community of working professionals and full-time students who have chosen to advance their careers by pursuing a graduate degree.

General Instructions

To apply for admission to the Graduate School of Business, the following documents are required from domestic applicants:
  • A completed admission application
  • A $50.00 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
  • A Statement of Purpose
  • One set of official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • GMAT test scores (The M.S.H.R. program will accept GRE scores.), or an essay requesting a GMAT waiver for applicants with 10 or more years of managerial experience.
  • Current resume
For international applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:
  • TOEFL or IELTS scores
  • Evaluations of international transcripts by an outside credentialing service. Go to www.ece.org for information about this service and to download an application for a course-by-course evaluation.
  • A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form due immediately after admission to receive I-20. For additional information contact Office of International Programs.

Application Deadlines (starting 2008)

We appreciate your interest in Loyola University Chicago's Graduate School of Business. All academic programs in the GSB are on the quarter system, and new students begin their program in any one of our four quarters.
