Online Application
If you choose to apply online, much of the information you submit will be sent to us electronically. However, some information must be submitted by mail. You will need to send supporting credentials to Loyola University Chicago in order for your application to be complete. Before you fill out the online application, please read the following instructions.

| One set of official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended | These must be submitted by mail. Print out the Request for Transcript form contained in the online application to give to the institutions you attended. | |
| Two letters of recommendation | Online or mail. If you provide us with their e-mail addresses, your recommenders will be contacted and can submit letters online. If your recommenders choose not to respond online, print the form and give one to each recommender. | |

GMAT test scores are required. |
The testing agency sends standardized test scores directly to Loyola at your request. Our institutional number is 1412. If you wish to self-report these scores, you may. However, a final admission decision requires that we receive an official score from the testing service. | |
| International transcripts: International students are required to submit non-U.S. transcripts to an outside credential evaluation service. |
Go to www.ece.org for information about this service and to download an application. International applicants to the Graduate School of Business must request the Course-by-Course Evaluation from Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. | |
| For international students, a Declaration and Certification of Finances Form is required. |
International Students should print out the Declaration and Certification of Finances Form and send it with all requested supporting documentation to: The Office for International Programs, Loyola University Chicago, 6525 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60626-5311. | |
