Course Description
This advanced-level seminar is designed to provide current and future managers an in-depth understanding of the issues involved in performance planning and management, with a special emphasis on performance appraisal and related issues. Some of the topics that will be covered in this course are: goal-setting, feedback, performance appraisal purposes and methods, the rating process, and linking individual performance to the financial and operational performance of the company.
