The Economics Forum’s mission is to afford participants the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally by hosting a wide range of events at no charge, where members can learn more about economics and meet people in various stages of their Loyola career. The group sponsors engaging seminars, insightful alumni speakers, topical panel discussions, as well as internationally acclaimed visiting speakers. The Association of Loyola Entrepreneurs is an organization focused on building strong, valuable relationships and networks inside and outside of the Loyola University community. We hold a number of exciting networking and speaker events that allow our members to create opportunities to learn about becoming an entrepreneur, meet other GSB students and alumni with entrepreneurial interests, and connect with established entrepreneurs. The Graduate School of Business Advisory Council serves as a collaborative evaluation team committed to enhancing the educational experience at Loyola University Chicago by facilitating opportunities for positive change and growth. Meeting approximently every month, the council works to identify GSB student concerns about relevant University issues and to enhance communication between students, faculty, and administration. Through direct, open dialogue with the student body, the council attempts to accurately represent the opinions of the school's constituency when assessing the effectiveness of the GSB's programs. The Loyola University Chicago GSB Association is an organization developed to enhance each student's GSB experience while pursuing his or her Masters degree. In a nutshell, the organization was formed for the purpose of creating an avenue (such as social events, community service, speakers, etc) for classmates to get to know each other outside of the classroom. Did you realize there are over 700 students in the Graduate School of Business? What an amazing opportunity to expand one's personal network. Through participation with the GSB Association, each student will encounter professional networking prospects, service opportunities within the Chicago community, and social occasions with GSB peers. All GSB Association activities are open to current students, alumni, faculty, and community leaders.

GSBIC is a student organization that is all about international education, be it studying in the USA as an international student or studying outside of the United States for a short duration. GSBIC also aims to help international students from different countries in their transition into the American system and culture by providing support in any way possible. Through the club’s academic and networking events, as well as its cultural and social activities, GSB students will have an opportunity to interact with other international colleagues who have successfully integrated into the United States economy, experience international cultures and customs first hand, and interact with fellow colleagues who are curious and interested about the world. Loyola University Chicago Human Resource Student Association (HRSA) is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and sponsored by the Northern Illinois chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (NISHRM). The HRSA will endeavor to develop Human Resources students into future, dynamic Human Resources and business professionals. HRSA will accomplish its objectives through the organization of career development activities, participation in philanthropic activities demonstrating HRSA’s desire to provide support to the community, and hosting social activities to allow members to meet and mingle with each other, alumni, administration, faculty and/or potential employers. In addition HRSA hopes to actively promote, facilitate, and maintain a top tier HRER program that is recognized nationally by employers, academic institutions, and professional organizations.
LUC Net Impact
LUC Net Impact is a new Loyola organization that is meant to inspire, educate, and equip students to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world. Our organization offers students the opportunity to attend seminars on important issues, gain important career connections and opportunities, and become part of a growing global network that is already changing the world through business. The ISOM Club meets once per month from 4:45 to 5:45 and we always have free pizza and refreshments.

The mission of SCG is to give Loyola GSB students the opportunity to apply their business skills in a real-life consulting situation and help them understand, prepare for, and develop careers in the Consulting industry. In addition, SCG promotes mutually beneficial relationships between students, faculty, entrepreneurs, corporations and leading management consulting firms. As a student-run organization, SCG coordinates a broad range of activities throughout the year, which help to educate students about consulting and prepare them for job searches and interviews. Furthermore, SCG intends to promote a positive image for the University through its contribution to the community and provide students with practical experience to bring forth into the business world.

LGBT Club
Loyola LGBT is a social and career networking student group for Loyola students who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, questioning, or are supporters of the LGBT community. Our vision is to provide a safe and supportive enviornment for member, respecting all levels of privacy and openness, by promoting acceptance, diversity, and visibility. We work to stimulate discussion of gay issues; facilitate networking with gay students at other top business schools and with gay-friendly employers; and foster an open community for gay and non-gay students, professionals, and alumni.
