"My career soared after receiving my Masters from Loyola University! The education I received from Loyola’s very experienced professors was awesome! I met some wonderful people while attending the program and would highly recommend the HRIR/MSHR program to prospective students."

"My graduate education at Loyola was a springboard for my career, giving me a broader knowledge base and more confidence to lead organizations, solve business challenges and navigate this changing field.  I also built long-lasting relationships through the strong alumni network that helps me and other graduates continue learning and supporting each other.  The bottom line:  I wouldn't be where I am today without Loyola's collaborative environment and great faculty that allowed me to grow intellectually, professionally and personally."

"I felt my education at Loyola provided me a real career boost.  The practical and relevant teaching from the professors allowed for immediate application to the work I was performing.  The professors often have decades of experience to build on and can apply their knowledge to current business and world events to allow theory to become a reality."

"The Loyola’s Master’s Degree program in Human Resources is extremely beneficial to anyone contemplating pursuing a Human Resources career.  The role of the Human Resource professional is transitioning from “administrator” to gaining a seat at the CEO’s table and providing guidance and insight on strategic planning and staffing, organizational design and development and implementing change, to name a few.  The courses at Loyola helped to provide me with the tools I needed to provide Human Resources consulting services to our 1,500 state and local Association Executives."

Fifteen years after receiving my undergraduate degree, I decided to return to school to obtain a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, with a concentration in Organization Development.

Loyola University Chicago provided me with an excellent and comprehensive education:  labor relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, process consultation, and many other areas I studied, enabled me to effectively manage a Training and Development function for a global company.

The professors are well established in their fields of study, passionate about their area of expertise, approachable, and take students’ learning seriously.  Not all universities have the caliber of teaching staff that Loyola’s MSHR program is fortunate enough to employ.

I attribute a great deal of my professional success to the quality education and skills I received from Loyola.
