Suzy Fox, Ph.D., Chairperson

I study counterproductive work behavior and workplace bullying. The goal of my research is to help move organizational and public policy toward the creation of healthy and just workplaces. I also belong to an international research team studying successful professional women in 9 countries. Learn more about Dr. Fox.

 

 

 

 Dow Scott, Ph.D.

My passion is pay; studying it and teaching it!  How much should employees be paid; how should they be paid and how do employees respond to the way they are paid.  I am studying pay practices throughout the world including Australia, Poland, US and China.  I teach the Compensation Management, Incentive Pay and Benefits and Human Resource Development.  Learn more about Dr. Scott.

 

 

 

Pat Simpson, Ph.D.

My interests are employee "voice" and workplace justice.  Making sure that employee needs and rights are not forgotten or trampled upon has been the cornerstone of my research and teaching for many years.  I have been particularly concerned about the fair treatment of women, minorities and older workers. Linda Stroh, Ph.D., Emeritus

Throughout my career, I’ve researched and taught topics such as international assignments, organizational development, work/family balance, women in management, and many others. My current research interests are related to trust in the workplace and our personal lives. After working with leaders in multinational companies, I’ve become immensely aware of the role that trust plays in the success of our corporations and our careers.

 

 

 

 

Lamont E. Stallworth, Ph.D.

Both academically and professionally, I have had a life long commitment to researching and advancing conflict management and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in the workplace as a fair, timely cost-effective and practical means by which air various EEO laws and workplace civil rights can and should be effectuated.  Learn more about Dr. Stallworth.

 

 

 

 

Arup Varma, Ph.D.

I am interested in performance appraisal and expatriate evaluation issues.  My current research projects are designed to investigate the impact of clear performance standards on the evaluation of expatriates.  I am working with colleagues in the U.S., the U.K., India, China, Turkey, and a host of other countries on related projects.  I teach Staffing, Performance Management, and Analytical Problem Solving."  Learn more about Dr. Varma.
