Loyola University Chicago's Center for Integrated Risk Management and Corporate Governance is a partnership between the School of Business Administration (SBA) and the School of Law.  Housed in the SBA, the center provides an integrated approach to Risk Management, focusing on corporate governance and compliance, business ethics, financial and accounting risk, and operational risk.

The mission of the Center for Integrated Risk Management and Corporate Governance is to:

• Encourage ethical leadership and strong corporate governance
• Deliver a high quality curriculum and superior teaching in risk management at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels
• Encourage interdiscipliary research and scholarship in integrated risk management and corporate governance 
• Sponsor seminars and symposiums for industry, government, and non-profit sector

EVENTS

The Center for Integrated Risk Management and Corporate Governance sponsors many educational, academic, and practitioner events that address a variety of topics relating to risk management. The center also promotes many events from distinguished Loyola professors and associates that may occur in or around the community.  Please see the events section of the website for more details.
