(the Foundation) is a premier, multi-specialty physician organization committed to providing high quality care to patients, and to supporting the research and academic endeavors of the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. Founded in 1980, we are an independent not-for-profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors. Foundation physicians are full-time faculty members at the Feinberg School and are on the attending physician staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Today the Foundation includes 480 physicians and 800 health professionals and other staff, working together in more than 35 medical and surgical specialities and subspecialties.
