The Doctor of Juridical Sciences (S.J.D.) in Health Law and Policy program provides qualified attorneys with the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree, using legal research methods as the tools for analyzing key issues in health law and policy. Loyola is proud to be one of a handful of law schools across the nation to offer an S.J.D. degree, and the first to offer such a degree in health law.
