Invoices
Invoices are sent from the Subscription Coordinator within 2 weeks of publication and are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please make checks payable to Loyola University Chicago. Our federal tax identification number is 36-1408475.

Price
Subscriptions are $50.00 per volume for domestic customers and $60.00 per volume for customers outside the United States. A 20% discount is given to students and alumni of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and to subscription agents.

Publication Frequency
The Annals of Health Law publications have increased in frequency to twice a year, in the winter and summer, starting with Volume 12. Each volume is shipped directly to standing customers from the publisher in Nebraska. New orders are shipped from the Institute for Health Law in Chicago at the time the order is placed (if available). If you do not receive a volume by November 1st for summer editions or April 1st for winter editions, please contact the Subscription Coordinator

Renewal Information
All subscriptions are standing orders, i.e. they will be automatically renewed unless the Subscription Coordinator receives a written request of cancellation prior to June 1st of each year.
