Event Requests

Planning Technology for Your Event: Academic Technology Services (ATS) is committed to providing the latest information as it relates to technology for events hosted on one of Loyola's lakeside campuses. Below you will find tips and resources to assist with the planning process that we hope will contribute to making your event a success.

Supported Spaces:

Classroom Technology Support: You can request assistance from classroom technology Support by contacting the ITS Help Desk at ext. 8-4ITS or helpdesk@luc.edu. Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

Please note Instructional Technology & Research Support does not reserve rooms. To reserve an electronic space for an event, contact Campus Reservations at ext. 8-8067. Be sure to describe your technology needs when making a reservation. Equipment and support for Law School classes and events are arranged through the Law School audio-visual service at ext. 5-7178. External groups looking to utilize an electronic space should contact Conference Services at ext. 8-8069 or conferences@luc.edu.
