Transportation and Parking
How can I travel between the Lake Shore Campus and the Water Tower Campus? Will you be running shuttles?
We will not be running shuttles between the campuses. However, the lakeside campuses are connected by the Red Line CTA and a variety of buses (the #147 bus is your best option). You can plan your trip here.
Where can I park during Homecoming Weekend?
Parking in the main campus garage at Lake Shore Campus will be free all weekend. Enter campus at Kenmore and Sheridan, and follow the campus drive to the garage. You can leave your car in this garage overnight. If you are visiting the Water Tower Campus, please refer to the LUC parking website for more information. We are not able to offer free parking at Water Tower Campus.
If you prefer to take public transit, you can find city transit information here. If you are commuting in from the suburbs, you can find regional transit information here.

Can I stay in the residence halls during Homecoming Weekend?
Unfortunately because school is in session, residence halls will not be available for guests to stay in. We have listed a few hotels here that we recommend.
