Where can I park?
LSC: Large parking structure on Sheridan and Winthrop with a permit, Rambler Bucks or cash. To obtain a parking permit submit on-line forms please click here.

Currently, Loyola has 530 full-time faculty; 853 full-time staff; 155 part-time staff.

When will I receive my first paycheck and how often will I get paid?
You will receive your first paycheck one week after the first pay period that you complete. Pay periods last two calendar weeks. For a complete calendar list of paydays and holidays visit the following website please click here.
Where and when do I get my Loyola Faculty/Staff ID card?
You can obtain your Loyola ID card at either the Lake Shore Campus at the
Sullivan Center, Room 117 or the Water Tower Campus in Lewis Towers, Room 504
Faculty and staff IDs are issued upon authorization of their respective offices.
Once the Office of Faculty Administration creates a record for a faculty member, and issues a Loyola Identification number, he/she can visit the Campus Card Office to receive an ID card.
Once a staff member begins employment, he/she will be given a temporary ID card through the Human Resources Office authorizing the Campus Card Office to issue an official ID card.
Loyola employees are expected to wear their Campus ID during the course of their work day.
Is enrollment in the 403B Define Contribution Plan mandatory?
No. You can participate in this plan as long you are a benefits-eligible faculty or staff member. For more information please click here.
