Exclusions and Special Application Procedures - Effective July 31, 2005
Exclusions
The majority of academic programs are included in the University Tuition Benefits except for these limited exceptions:
Faculty and Staff:
- Executive Education (excluded)
- School of Law (excluded)
- School of Medicine (excluded)
Dependents of Faculty & Staff:
- All graduate and professional academic programs (excluded)
- Executive Education (excluded)
- Non-credit; Certificate programs (excluded)
Special Application Procedures for University Health Sciences Division (Stritch School of Medicine and Niehoff School of Nursing) Faculty and Staff
All requests for faculty and staff graduate tuition benefits in the School of Business and any Ph.D. programs must be made in writing to the Office of the VP for Health Sciences (attn: Donna Halinski). The request for use of the benefit should be made well in advance of the academic term and/or application to the academic program.
The request for use of the tuition benefits should include the endorsement of your department chair, department director and dean. The request should summarize the reasons this investment (of your time and university resources) would further your career and the work of the department or school. If request is approved - enroll and complete tuition benefit forms.
Special Application Procedures for University - Lakeside Campuses Faculty and Staff.
