Technology advisors are primarily located at the IC 2nd floor service desk and also assist in staffing the 1st and 3rd floors of the Information Commons. Technology advisors are available during open hours to provide support with several technology-related aspects including:

• Password assistance
• Software applications
• Printers and scanners
• Short-term and long-term equipment loan 
• Group study room technology 
• Computing and general inquiries
