Rachel Winter is a Ph.D. candidate in Christian Ethics at Loyola University Chicago. She has a master of arts degree in theological studies from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor of arts degree in neuroscience from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Rachel is interested in Catholic and feminist ethical concerns and is currently working on her dissertation titled Just Water: A Catholic and Feminist Response to the Global Water Crisis. She has made a number of presentations which includes being a panelist on a UNICEF project “Women and Water “ at Loyola University Chicago in 2010.
