Kasbeer Hall is currently the only space ITRS supports without a built-in presentation system. Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to consider other venues if their event requires the use of technology. The following portable presentation package is available Monday to Firday, 7:30AM-10:00PM and Saturday, 7:30AM-5:00PM. To submit a request, contact the Help Desk at ext. 8-4ITS or helpdesk@luc.edu. Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

The standard presentation package includes:

• Data projector (1024x768)
• Projection screen (8'x6', skirted)
• Laptop with standard classroom image
• Internet access via Loyola's wireless network
• Max of 4 teble/panel microphones
• Max of 2 wireless handheld or lapel microphones
